Client Parking and Studio Access Guide

Our studio is located at Unit 312/106 Euston Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015 (part of the Base Alexandria complex).

 

1. Dedicated Loading and On-Site Access (Recommended)

For drop-offs and collecting stock, clients have excellent access directly inside the commercial estate:

  • Loading/Unloading: Clients can drive up the internal ramp/accessway to the third level (where Unit 312 is located).

  • Temporary Parking: You are welcome to temporarily park directly in front of Unit 312 (or in a designated spot, if one is allocated to the unit) for the duration of loading and unloading.

  • Security: The estate generally offers secure, 24/7 access. Access to the upper levels is via a vehicle ramp and pedestrian lift.

Please note: For all-day parking, vehicles must be moved to an alternative location once loading/unloading is complete.

2. Free Long-Term Parking Option

  • “Return and Earn” Location: Clients can often find free parking across Euston Road at the location associated with the “Return and Earn” or similar major retail/commercial sites.

    • Crucial Instruction: Although you have a specific location in mind, it is vital to always check the signs at this location. Even if the parking is currently free, it may be subject to time limits (e.g., 2P, 3P) or may become a customer-only zone.

3. Paid Parking Options

  • Bunnings Alexandria Car Park (Secure Parking): Located at 8-40 Euston Road. This is a paid, multi-story car park.

    • Monday to Friday: Paid hourly rates apply.

    • Weekends/Public Holidays: Generally reserved for Bunnings customers.

  • Sydney Park: A restricted surface lot is available at 169A Euston Rd, across from the complex. Always check signage for current time limits and restrictions.

4. Street Parking Restrictions on Euston Road (Use with Caution)

Parking directly on Euston Road is severely restricted during weekday peak times due to Clearways. Parking here is not recommended for appointments during these hours.
